I’m not fond of vegetables so sometimes when I need to cook them, I don’t know how long I will cook it. Two weeks ago my husband brought some bok choy and he wanted to cook the dish that he tasted in Shanghai. I volunteer to cook the dish, I just sauté the garlic in olive oil, place the bok choy and add oyster sauce. My husband liked it.
So last weekend, he bought some sayote tops and I sauté it again in olive oil, garlic and oyster sauce. But I keep on asking him “how will I know if it is cook already”. Hehe!
I’m glad I found this cheat sheet from pinterest.

ReplyDeleteCooking can really be fun, especially when you are clueless of what it’s going to be. But of course, you could always ask family and friends, who are experienced enough in the kitchen, to guide you. But did I just say that I found the Veggie Cooking cheat sheet very helpful, too? Thank God social media sites are created.
