We could pay our monthly amortization at SM payment center; we just need to print the monthly billing statement from their site. Here are the step by step guides on “How to print housing loan billing statement (HLMBS) through Pag-ibig Fund Website”
Go to
Click E-Service/Member’s E Service
Click Housing Loan Payment Verifications
Type Surname, Name, Housing Loan Account Number and the code appearing in the box.
Click “View Billing Statement” (To disable the pop-up block un the upper left side of the screen click “Temporary allow pop-up)”
Print Billing Statement
Note: The housing loan monthly billing statement is available for viewing/verification a week before the due date.
Where to pay your
housing loan/installment/amortization:
1.Over the Counter
(OTC) Payments at the HDMF Branches
-
Any
HDMF Branch, if payment is made on or
before the due date specified in the “due date” portion of the Housing Loan
Monthly Billing Statement. You may visit www.pagibigfund.gov.ph
for the list of HDMF branches.

Only
at the HDMF Branch maintaining the acoount, if payment is made after the specified due date in the “due
date” portion of the Housing Loan Monthly Billing Statement.
2.Accredited Collecting Agents
(Developers with Collection Servicing Agreement with HDMF, SM Business Service
Centers and Landbank of the Philippines [All branches]).

Only
if payment is made on or before the due
date specified in the ‘due date’ portion of the House Loan Monthly Billing
Statement. You may visit www.pagibigfund.gov.ph
for the list of Accredited Collecting Banks/Agents for local and overseas.
Update:
I paid our amortization last Sunday March 24, 2013 and SM is now charging additional P5 for Pag-ibig Service Fee.

Deletehi, i got a question. i am not updated in paying my monthly amortization because of my other obligations here in manila (work/school). i pay my monthly dues in pagibig san fernando, pampanga branch. i've learned about this (online services) long before, but one thing i've noticed. the billing statement date is past my due date (that is, billing statement date is 08/Month/Year and my due date is 03/Month/Year). of course i couldn't use this to pay my monthly dues thru their authorized collection agencies.

hi! as far as I know if you are not updated with your payment, you have to pay in Pag-ibig branch so they can compute the interest.

ReplyDeleteHi, I'm not sure if this still applies because five years ago (Pag-ibig Seminar), I've learned that you have to pay your amortization in your own branch (branch where you pay your contributions) so in our case, we used to pay in Main Branch but now in SM Payment center (on or before due date).
DeleteAs far as I know Pag-ibig doesn't have universal system like in SSS. Hope this helps.
Good day po, I'm glad I found this blog :) ... ask ko lang if anyone here had received a letter of endorsement to collection agencies regarding your PAGIBIG housing loan. I have arears for 11 months. Recently i received a letter of endorsement that my account has been forwarded to 24K Accounts. I am planning to pay my arears hopefully this month but not in full. And I'm not sure where exactly to settle this and endorsing my account to a collection agency, is this already a ground for foreclosure? Or is this a new collectiong system of PAGIBIG?
